Naniza is a marketing studio for consumer brands. We work across Growth Strategy, Paid Media, Creative Lab and CRO, combining strategic work with AI-native production workflows.
We are looking for an AI Creative Producer to help us scale the quality, speed and volume of paid social creative across Meta, TikTok and Google. This is a hands-on production role for someone who can move from brief to testable assets quickly, understand what performs, and help turn winning directions into structured creative iterations.
You will work closely with our creative, paid media and engineering teams. Part of the role is not only using our AI workflow, but helping improve it: identifying production bottlenecks, testing new tools and agents, and shaping systems that make creative output faster, more consistent and more effective.
What you'll do
- Produce paid social assets end to end: statics, ad copy, short-form video, UGC and non-UGC variations.
- Edit raw and UGC footage into performance-focused ads, with strong attention to hook, pacing, captions, sound and visual clarity.
- Generate and adapt AI assets for paid social, including product shots, backgrounds, visual routes, thumbnails, statics and creative components.
- Use leading AI image and creative models such as Nano Banana, Seedream, Recraft, GPT Image and other relevant tools as the landscape evolves.
- Turn winning concepts into structured variations: new hooks, angles, CTAs, formats and end cards.
- Read creative performance signals such as hook rate, hold rate, CTR and CPA, and translate them into the next round of production.
- Work with engineering to improve our AI creative workflows, from production tooling to agent-assisted rendering and iteration.
What you bring
- A portfolio of paid social creative that has run on real ad spend.
- Strong hands-on editing skills, especially in CapCut.
- Confidence in Figma for layouts, statics, references, feedback and production-ready assets.
- Real fluency with AI creative tools, with the ability to explain your workflow and judgment.
- Experience generating production-ready AI assets, not just exploratory or experimental outputs.
- Hands-on experience with leading image models such as Nano Banana, Seedream, Recraft, GPT Image or comparable tools.
- A performance mindset: you care about whether creative contributes to business results.
- Strong taste, speed and attention to detail.
- Fluent English; some Italian is a plus.
Nice to have
- DTC, ecommerce or agency background.
- Experience with creative testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with agentic workflows, MCP tools, Claude Code, Figma MCP or similar systems.
