The marketing partner we couldn't find ourselves.

Naniza started in 2017 with a simple frustration: every founder we knew had the same complaint. They were paying agencies a lot of money for junior talent on a slide-deck cadence, while the actual work — the daily decisions that determine whether a brand scales — sat with people who hadn't shipped anything themselves in years.

So we built the opposite. A studio where the people who do the work are the people who answer your calls. Where strategy, creative, paid and retention run on one team, in one room, on one cadence. Where AI is not a marketing line — it's how the work gets done faster, more rigorously, with more options on the table every week.

Remote-first, with two home bases.

We're a distributed studio with offices in Milan and Barcelona — but most of our work happens wherever our partners and our clients are. Calls run in English, Italian, French and Spanish. Most engagements never need a room.
