Naniza is a marketing studio for consumer brands. We work across Growth Strategy, Paid Media, Creative Lab and CRO, combining strategic work with AI-native workflows. We've managed €42M+ in ad spend for DTC and ecommerce brands across Europe, the US and beyond. We're small, senior and AI-native: little hierarchy, high ownership, and real influence over how the work gets done.
We're looking for a Full-Stack Growth Marketer to run the full growth loop for a portfolio of our consumer brands.
You'll use AI across the whole stack, not as a novelty: building pages in Lovable, Replit or Claude Code, standing up automation with Claude Code and Codex, moving from idea to live asset in hours instead of weeks. You'll work directly with our paid, creative and strategy side, and because we're a lean studio you'll have a real say in how we build the growth stack and where AI makes it faster.
What you'll do
A few examples of what your week looks like:
- Run paid on Meta and Google — launch, structure, budget and scale campaigns for several consumer brands, tied to the metrics that move the business, not just dashboard ROAS.
- Build landing pages with AI dev tools — design and ship fast, on-brand, high-converting pages and funnels in Lovable, Replit or Claude Code, without waiting on a dev queue.
- Wire up marketing automation — build email and lifecycle flows (Klaviyo) and connect the tools, automating the plumbing with Claude Code and Codex so the stack runs itself.
- Close the loop — connect campaign, page and flow so each client's acquisition and retention compound, and read where the loop leaks.
What you'll own
- The end-to-end growth execution for your portfolio: the campaigns, the pages and the flows that actually go live.
- The build layer — the landing pages and automation that turn strategy into shipped assets.
- The speed of the loop: how fast we get from idea to a live, tested asset across your accounts.
What this role is NOT
- It's not the Senior Performance Marketer's deep-paid seat. You run paid well as part of the whole loop, but the deepest measurement, incrementality and analysis work lives with that role — here, breadth and build come first.
- It's not the Senior Growth Strategist's account-lead seat. You own execution end to end, not the quarterly commercial roadmap or the client relationship.
- It's not a software-engineering role. You build with AI dev tools to ship growth assets fast — landing pages, funnels, automations — never the client's product or a production codebase.
What success looks like
In your first 3 months:
- Each brand you take on has its paid running on a clean structure, with landing pages and flows you built and shipped yourself.
- Your pages convert — and you can show the before/after on conversion rate, not just that they look good.
- The loop is faster: things that used to wait on a developer or a hand-off now ship in a day, and the automations you built run without you.
What you bring
We index on what you've shipped, not years on a CV.
- You've shipped real growth work end to end — campaigns you ran, pages you built, flows you wired — for DTC, ecommerce or consumer brands.
- You've run paid on Meta and Google yourself — you own the result, not just watch a dashboard. The number you moved matters more than the size of the account.
- You build, not just brief: you ship landing pages and funnels yourself with AI dev tools (Lovable, Replit, Claude Code or comparable).
- You've built marketing automation that runs on its own — email and lifecycle flows (Klaviyo or comparable), tools wired together so the plumbing handles itself.
- Genuinely AI-native: you use agentic tools (Claude Code, Codex, MCP) to build automations and take the manual work off the table, not just to write copy.
- A business-first read: you care whether the loop drives orders and profit, not whether one metric looks good.
- Fluent English and Italian.
Who thrives here
Builders who'd rather ship than hand off, and who want to own more the faster they prove it. A lean studio means no queue to wait behind and no ceiling on what you can take on — the work you put live decides how much you run. If you move quickly, sweat the result, and reach for AI to do more on your own, this is your seat. If you're strong but unsure you tick every box, show us what you've built and apply anyway.
Nice to have
- DTC, ecommerce or agency background.
- CRO and landing-page testing experience — you know why one page converts better than another.
- You build your own tools and automations on top of AI — custom scripts, MCP integrations, agentic workflows — not just prompts.
- Familiarity with Shopify theme/Liquid, or no-code/low-code stacks (Webflow, n8n, Make).
The details
- Remote, EU-based (working hours overlapping CET).
- Freelance engagement on a monthly recurring fee.
- Optional access to our Barcelona hub (Norrsken).
How to apply
Use the form on this page. Share a short note on something you've built and run end to end: a campaign, the landing page behind it, and the automation that supported it — what you used (including the AI dev tools), and what the result was. Send links to live pages, campaigns or flows you've shipped — they tell us more than any CV, and if it's a side project, even better. We're keen to see what you've built.
